Apocalyptic

by Jacob Perry   Jul 9, 2006

Tears well behind mine eyes.
I bow in defeat and release my cries.
The thought of it devours my soul.
I feel as if I've been run threw with a pole...

The end of ends is upon my earth.
My apocalypse of reason has now given birth.
The destruction of body, coincides with mind.
Everything grows dark as my mind's eye goes blind.

The doom of the insane, is now mine own.
Reason has left me, stuck in the unknown.
The future consumed in a single blow,
A wound too deep to ever sow.

And so he came,
The one with torn wings.
Things never were the same,
In that the end of all earthly things.

Beautiful job. I liked the torn wings part. Great imagery. You may want to check your spelling again.

Some nice descriptions. Overall something cool. A little bit of a flow problem. But it's something different and cool.
