Fading Perfection

by HighPerfection   Jul 12, 2006

A boy who cared had concern when he saw the scars
Wiped away the tears before they ever fell
Before a healing self could hold on
It is all coming at rush
Everything blurred by a white noise
Eyes trying to look beyond the haze created by our bloody battle
We took a stab at each others heart
You broke the skin and pushed in to deep
Your sword made of words broke into my heart robbed me of love
The thought of you being real faded from my mind
Calling now and then never expecting you to answer
The love that we once had fades away
Things return to normal
My arrival to the ordinary is not the same
Things have eventually become normal again
But the old standard will never return
Like you will never come back for me
And your sword will never be removed from my heart
Forever I will have the scar of you
A boy I thought was perfect
Is now a man
And I am just a faded memory

Ohm..good work! i liked the ending words..:"Forever I will have the scar of you
A boy I thought was perfect
    Is now a man
And I am just a faded memory" sounds perfect for the end! the other part are great too but you know that everything has to have a perfect end.

Great job! and thx for your comment on mine!
