Torn Apart My Heart

I cant believe i fell for you
And all your stupid lies
You didn't care for me at all
And you didn't listen to my cries

The cries that came from my heart
For you to look at me
All i wanted was to be loved
But that still didn't make you see

See all the pain that i felt inside
And the pain that was visible to see
The pain i had caused myself to do
Which has left deep scars on me

I wish i knew what i could do
For you to look at me
But it's driving me crazy to think
Why is it that you cannot see

See how much i love you
And how much i really do care
All i want is for us to be
And to again see love in your stare

I don't know why your doing this
Why do you want us apart
You said you loved me and forever would
Why have you torn apart my heart

    Goody good good. i like this poem. it had alot of good thoughts within it. though, i must say, i was disappointed with the last line. i think it was because there are two rhyming words so close together on the same line. in my opinion, the poem would have been better with a stronger end.
