Romantic Suicide

Black roses with thorns deeply immersed,
In flesh, in blood, in mind,
Alternating every thought,
One comes across to find,

The love that's now turned dark,
The touch that's dry and cold,
Has left me feeling empty,
Has left me so alone,

Reach up to the sun,
Blocked by the envious moon,
Kissing my lips,
Holding on to soon,

Re-discover my heart,
Connect with my soul,
Take me to a place,
Where you can make me whole,

My renowned prince of darkness,
Here to bring me light,
Make me you're princess,
Make it happen tonight,

The golden ball I once did drop,
You found and brought it back to me,
Along with thoughts and memories,
And plenty black roses for me to see.
