One timers, no order

by Logan   Sep 1, 2006

The unfurling of a cherry blossom,
the reflections from the flowery dew
All of their beauty,
cannot compare to you

There is pain beyond reason,
pain beyond doubt too,
but there is no greater pain,
then when I'm without you

I've been told that love is real,
but how can this be true
if i have everyone,
except you

I would walk over land,
i would swim the great blue
if doing these things,
bought me to you

These feelings inside me,
i don't know what to do
they seem to say one thing,
and that is i love you

whispers have passed through the ages,
like memories riding the golden dove
and when these whispers reach your ears,
i hope you hear my proclamation of love

As my eyes fell upon yours
my heart and soul thought it was too good to be true
and in that one moment
i realized i had to be with you

A spiral of pain and misery is where i seem to be,
Why can no-one else see,
That beyond this shroud of misery,
lies the one true me

I wake to the warm morning to realize,
life without your love is like not living at all,
so i seek your soul to finally proclaim
that i love you till my very downfall

Like a river raging down the mountain side,
flowing constantly in its endless prime
i stand on the shore and realize
my love for you will last till the ends of time

i wish i could make the hurting stop
i wish i could make the pain disappear
Yet only you can accomplish this feat
You must be the one to forge a new frontier

look into my eyes
know that you will be safe forever
take my hand in yours
let me be your one true protector

Death to my enemies,
Death to all emotions,
Death to those who seek it,
Consumed by their demons
