Realize

She is crying.
The floor is covered with pain killer
and wadded up tissues.
She knows she is dying..
Given up all hope.
All of those things he said
brings more tears.
Screw him.
He will be sorry when she is gone..
But then realization smacks her in the face...
He did not care before,
why would her death be any different? She stands up.
She falls.
Gets up again and reaches for the phone and calls for an ambulance.
There is always a better way of dealing with it.
