Blood Fondue

by Anonymous   Nov 2, 2006

I made my job a secret,
I made sure no one told,
but soon it slipped out, Charlotte;
Fox News is crafty and bold.

Now you know that I'm a mass murderer,
and now you think I'm the predator who's trying to lure his prey.
I wanted to tell you that I'm not going to over power,
but you didn't listen and darted far away.

I stood there, saddened by your fear.
I didn't want you to hate me,
and since you probably won't come near,
I'll show you my love and all will see!

Tonight my body will sit in a cliche type alley,
accompanied by a pool of blood with an organ at hand.
My lifeless corpse will hold a note very clearly.
(Of course this is all preplanned!)

"I really, really loved you.
To show you this was true,
here's a piece of my heart covered in blood fondue.
Now I have bid you, my love, adieu."

Sorry, I have a thing for brackets lately, they really seem to get my attention more than anything else...
But... THIS WAS SO GOOD! ^__^ Wonderfully written, I love your way with words. You also seem to have a thing for writing catchy poem titles, I notice. Nice.
    5 from me.
