Death Over Five Letters

by xoxShorteexox   Nov 9, 2006

As it started out all fun,
and games.
You said those harsh words,
her name...
As I was ripped to pieces,
and some what misleading.
As I watched her name,
roll off your tongue.
I slowly walked away,
with my mind lost.
All my words ran together,
and my eyes filled with doubt.
I watched my walls come crashing down,
with one word...
Five letters can be such a killer,
as the moment of silence fades.
As this sadness turns my eyes blind,
I've learned he wasn't the only one.
My hands grew numb,
I tripped up the stairs,
and stumbled into my bed.
As I stay there all filled with drear,
and my heart began to bleed.
I sat there in disbelief,
and cried the hours away.
As my fate became clear,
I watched the blade come to my wrist.
As I slit my last breath away,
for five letters.
