Not alone

Unable to stop the haunting memories
Your life is full of countless miseries
You try to be happy but every time
You confide in someone nothing goes fine
you believe no one knows how you feel
and the more you say, the more the pain is real
So you try to hide your feelings but you can not
They jut fester and grow until your mind runs hot
With worries and nightmares just feeding on pain
They leave your soul battered with a dark stain
Making your pain impossible to hide
So you are then forced to confide
With the people closes to you
But you wonder if that hurts them too
Everything you do just fuels your torment
Thinking everyone stays pitying your every moment
Staying to keep you off the edge of suicide
These worries leave you so traumatized
That even happy moments leave you depressed
And you start to feel so numb and possessed
With the thought of love that you go blind
Unable to see the truth that others easily find
You begin to doubt everything about yourself
From your looks to your sanity your health
Begins to show your utter despair
Your sick form worries and its not fair
That you just cant find peace
You just want everything to cease
And the worries to end

A unique write displaying emotions I'm sure everyone feels. One suggestion is revising these lines because the first one uses feel twice in the same line, and in this case, it sounds wrong. And in the second one lacks flow.
You feel as though no one knows how you feel
the more you say the more the pain is real

    I would suggest:
You believe no one knows how you feel
And the more you say, the more pain is real
