Starving for Control

by Jessie   Jan 13, 2007

Each day you go one thinking that
Your hunger makes you win
when you know exactly what
your hiding deep within

Distant from the ones you love
your secret's your best friend
weak from lack of life you need
forever you'll descend

Sign and symptoms tell it all
but perfection's all you need
hurting those around you
your drowning in your greed

And all alone your pained to tears
its hurting you in every way
wishing you could end this fight
hating each and ever day

You feel as though your dying
your illness takes its toll
admitting to yourself and others
you were starving for control

If you didn't figure it out this is about anorexia.
