YOU are strong

I sit here gathering my thoughts
The pain i'm subject to
The pain that i now know of
All because of you

Knowing that you don't care
About me anymore
This really tears me apart
Sometimes like before

I listen to my blood boil
Its ready to leave my arm
All i need is a little motivation
To myself inflict this harm

I raise the blade to my wrist
And lay it on my skin
Takin a deep breath in my lungs
I think about this sin

How could you have done this
Brought me this far from me
How could you close my eyes to love
How could you just leave?

How could you lie to my face
And tell me it was alright
How could you sleep with peaceful dreams
When i stayed up at night?

How could you promise me forever
When a week was all you'd need
How could you tell me these things you did
How could you do this to me?

With the blade to my wrist
Twisted and confused
I lay the blade down
Completely unused

How could a guy with no heart
Get to me this much?
To where i depended on him
And even his touch?

No, i won't cut myself
In the end i'll be strong
He'll realize what he's done
He'll be the one alone

I throw the blade away from me
I scream a little inside
Proud of myself for my dignity
Proud i have kept my pride

No guy is worth the pain you feel
No guy is worth the tears
If a guy makes you cry
This is your worst fear

Leave him the moment your tears come
Leave him to be alone
In the end you'll thank your self
In the end, YOU are strong.

Moral of the poem: let no guy hurt you so bad to where you want to hurt yourself. Let no guy make you cry
"No guy is worth your tears, but the guy that is will never make you cry."
remember this ladies when you hold that blade thinking it is your only escape from the pain. Remeber this when you think life isn't worth living, because when you think thoughts of suicide and they actually come true, your not hurting them or making them see what they lost, your only making it easier on them. It is when they see you smile that it kills their happiness.
