What If's

Love is supposed to be easy,
Why do people say that?
I guess they never fell in love,
Only to find they fall flat.

Love is the best feeling,
I guess that one is true;
Until the rejection
And the hurt begins to seep through.

Maybe I’m unlucky,
Maybe there is someone else.
Positive thinking, but still there is what ifs,
What if he is the only chance I’ll get?

    I'm personally not a fan of poems relating to love but i like this 'Maybe there is someone else.
    Positive thinking, but still there is what ifs,'
    I liked the positive thinking a lot. It made the poem seem as if it was the thoughts running through your head at that moment. I didn't describe that very well but o well. Just know i really like the way you wrote those lines.
