Your Like An Ocean

by aisyned   Feb 24, 2007

Your like the ocean,
your secrets hide inside,
and beauty stores,
on the outside,

You love is the waves,
that send my boat a drifting,
your rocks and my boat,
somehow colliding,

your moments always change,
one minute calm and peaceful,
the next wild,
and somehow hate full,

i try to study you,
like an oceanographer,
but when i start to get a clue,
you soak and wet my paper,

some of your secrets are known,
like the creatures of the sea,
somehow ever are unknown,
like what do you think of me,

your heart is the Atlantic,
your mind the pacific,
your eyes the Indian,
and don't forget the Arctic,

combined together as one,
making one big ocean,
and your seaweeds are your hair,
if your hair was green,

you are like an ocean,
unpredictable,
scary,
yet blissful,

i wish i could find the creatures,
in this case the secrets you hide,
i wish i could find the answers,
that lie so deep inside,

your beauty is all i see,
but i know there is more,
and soon my love for you,
will all flow to the shore,

i can live on the boat,
not knowing what will come,
cause when it is time to fight your waves,
i have grown to tired some,

so maybe being with an ocean,
is something i can't do,
but i guess if i have to live on a boat,
i rather the ocean be you,

Your like an ocean,
calm and beautiful one moment,
and wild and ugly the next,
deep down inside your secrets are so silent..........................
