Pain

I'm so sad, I'm so alone,
I'm in so much pain and no one knows,
I don't know what I should do.

Should I try to get help?
Would anyone even help me?
Does anybody even care about me?

I know I have friends,
But for some reason I feel so alone,
Like I don't have anyone to turn to.

I keep my feelings locked away,
I cannot tell anyone,
It's not like anyone would care about me anyway.
