Resurrecting Like Phoenix

Black curtain seems to be falling tonight
As devils take total control over my life
All my dreams have turned to nightmares
Wisdom is bleeding from the kiss of knife

Shaking pride which i possessed long time back
They are playing with the faith i once had in me
Digging all my dreams deep beneath holy land
Capturing my soul and letting my flesh fly free

Burning my will to survive into ashes and dust
Memories of my love resurrecting like phoenix
Breaking my heart as i have never been hurt before
Somehow all these pain could never kill my feelings

I guess i will pay price like this every night
Though you are the one who left me alone
Time might change a thing or two someday
But these evils won't leave me since you are gone
