Evil

by ben thompson   Mar 19, 2007

Ancient as it is cold it creeps and waits.
A well timed strike to cause your ill fate.

Bold without a soul it thirsts for blood.
To spill or consumption it yearns in floods.

This foe is evil filled with murky dark.
Build a fire and evil will lend a spark.

Evil is the knife and the slashing blade.
Evil lends acceptance to homicidal rage.

Evil causes great woe throughout all lands.
Evil communicates in ways we all understand.

Evil tightens like a vise around the world.
Evils hold on some hearts will be our unfurl.
