Vampire's Flight

by ben thompson   Mar 20, 2007

A otherworldly hunger caused by this ravaging condition.
A product of pure evil, this mortifying rendition

Now as a minion of darkness I amble through the night.
Wielding my immortality I steal souls with my bite.

Full of shadowy beauty I bask in the cries of the weak.
Causing torment of the pure, emptied in hollow defeat.

Bolting across the midnight sky in lifeless animation.
Streaking through time's expanse toward eternal damnation.

The warmth of my mortality unfairly sucked away.
Cursed with a cold still heart, never an end to my days.
