When Our Hearts Are Near

My love for you runs deeper than
I could ever say.
Sometimes I don't mention it when we've
had a rough day.

You are my lone shinning star through out
my darkest times.
I'd fight my way through a thousand demons
just to keep you mine.

Your elegance stands untarnished even your
blemishes are beauty to my sight
The thought of departing from your embrace
dims my future so bright.

The warmth and kindness of your spirit has
reached and touched us all
If you happen to stumble darling,
in my strong arms you shall fall.

Without your caring caress I'd spiral
into a sea of black despair.
You are my angel sent from God,
to lift away my cares.

So to my soul mate whose charming grace
I hold most dear.
My life exists to hold you close and is completed
when our hearts are near.
