Baby doll don't cry, for safety's on its way,
All your hurt and hardship, is lost in yesterday,
I know your tears still fall, I know your wounds still ache,
But even when you fell apart, You managed not to break.
Sweetie raise your chin up, and step into tomorrow,
Cuts and scars are in the past, theres no longer need for sorrow,
Its time to take your mask off, and face the world with pride,
For when I'm by your side babe, Theres no need to hide.

    I really like this poem, i'm actually going to have my friend read this one, but i think this last line should be fixed some how...and pls dont take it the wrong way...i just think that you ahould either take out " && i'll always be by your side or there's no need to hide, because it just sounds like too much or something...but 4/5!

    I commented on this earlier but for some reason, it didn't show up, Anyway I really loved the word choice, and the emtion was strong in this short and sweet poem. perfectly penned, and the flow was amazing. 5/5 for you deserve nothing less
