All by myself, thats what I use to say,
Oh Mommy, you don't need to brush my teeth,
I can do it all by myself, I'm a big girl now,
And big girls don't need any help,
I use to say that all the time, and only at age four.

Now here I am turning into a woman,
With no one to guide my hand,
Oh Mommy please won't you understand,
I really need your help to stand,
I can't do it alone.

I'm finally admitting it,
I really need someone to help me stand,
And I'm struggling more and more each day,
Trying to find my way,
Someone has almost always said.

That they'd be at my side,
When I broke down,
But I look around when I've hit the ground,
And everyone that I thought I could count on is gone,
They all gone back to there lives.

And thats fine too,
But is anyone going to be there when I call,
My so called friends have left me too,
So much for friends,
Whats even the point if everyone leaves in the end.

I just thought that mothers and daughters,
were suppose to stick together till the very end,
I guess I was wrong yet again,
All by myself I lie on the floor,
contemplating if I want to live anymore.

This is just a note it's not part of the poem,and forgive me I haven't been writing in a while so this one kinda stinks.

This cycle has gone on for far to long,
And so either,
I'm going to leave,
Or someone has to stand by me. . .
Mommy. . .Chris. . .anybody please. . .
