A woman to blind to see she wasn't alone---

by Ally xo   May 31, 2007

The wind softly breezes across her light face; she is in no hurry

She doesn't know anything nor where she goes, built up with so much fury

Her hair tickled with the wind, the cracks in the road seem to blend with her heart

Watching the world live and learn by its mistakes, inside deteriorating apart

As she walks one foot after the other, the way she was taught

She tried so hard everyday, with strength determination she fought

But what she did not understand was that, she cannot stop fate

As she kicked the cold stone out the way, this was one thing she had truly hate

Nature changes just like her emotions, she wished her tears would be lost in the rain

Because maybe that would mean she can find the way to happiness again

However just because things are not the same, doesn't mean days have to fade

And just like the first day she learnt to walk, new memories can now be made

As she kept walking, she stumbled over a piece of twig and fell nearly on her face

No one to help her no one to care, time waits at a slow pace

Behind the corner lies a friendly face, saying Happy birthday

You will always have somebody there, not matter how far you stray
