Why I Love Computers

Many people love computers for completely different reasons.
Some because its their way of escape
Others its because they can talk to strangers and get away with it
Than there are the few who like to pretend they are someone else and have someone see the person they wish others would see.

It doesn't really matter. Its all the same to some.
To me, computers are my escape from all the drama that I live through.
They are one of the few places I don't have to pretend so people don't worry, I can drop the mask and finally let go.
People will get to know the real me before they ever see me, than I'll know if I'm being judged by my looks or not.
It's also the one place where I can feel miserable but still let people see me as being happy and excited.
I don't have to worry them. The people out in the real world away from my sanctuary.
I can let it go, or bottle it in. Its my choice and being behind a computer screen no one else will know what it is that I'm thinking.
