Puppet

by Brandon Lee   Aug 30, 2007

What defines you?

what defines me?

If we can choose our path, can we choose our destiny?

If fate is real than what am i?

but just a puppet born to die.

What is false and what is real.

Do we actually have free will?

If our path is chosen do we have to stay?

Our does free will let us walk away?

If fate is real than what am I?

Just another puppet that was born to die?

Ive just noticed this but you are a really deep poet. you must think upon what your gonna write before you sit down and actually do it. and this piece to me reflects just that. kinda sux to that no one can answer that question. nice job- raindrops 5/5

This was really good, it's one of those poems that really make you think while reading it, many people write beautiful poems but they're not really thoughtful in any way, and that's what I loved about this one, the thought behind it.

Well, this poem really makes me think. I'm not sure how much free will we have, and if life is decided by a destiny. It's best to think as if you're living your life, with no strings attached.

A few errors with grammar, but it was a good read.

WOW very deep. That was astonishing. I'm very impressed by the depth of this write. It's so deep... The thoughts you've conveyed in this poem had me wondering as well. To get a reader trapped in the poem like that is amazing! 5/5 and its more than deserving.
