[[A really old poem I forgot about and wrote for a challenge. lol]]

As I close my eyes in sadness
With memories held close
A thousand seasons come and go
A thousand tears threaten to fall
Upon this rampant sea

Time promises to fix me
But it never will heal wounds
A thousand nights have left me doomed
A thousand laughs faded too soon

Your love was misery.

    This is just wonderful. I especially love the part that says "A thousand nights have left me doomed

    It is as though I wanted to cry myself just reading it.
