Peace And Love.

Manipulating other peoples minds,
Scarcley wanting to look behind.
Haunted by the ghosts of our past,
Choking us with the words we said last.

Save me from demons controlling my mind,
Going around in circles,I must be blind.
Help me reach up to the aphotic velvet skies,
God,Please do stretch down and take away the lies.

Take me away,Somewhere I can be accepted.
The world today everyone is being rejected.
Hell itself can not compare to this,
Life is fading away there seem to be no bliss.

The screams of humans,scattering around.
You look everywhere,Yet no love to be found.
Just walk two steps around a street corner,
Another never-ending war,This will never be over.

Physical or mental pain,There both the same.
Why can't we seem to stop causing eachother pain?
Life is so short and it's a gift sent from above,
Be thankful for what you have,Make Peace and Love..

This is a poem about War, and all I really want to do is get the point across that Why can't we all exept eachother for who we are? Everyday people sacrifice themselves for their country....but is it going to change anything? Yes, they may have faght for their contry....but nothing has changed has it? xxx Thank you!
