Fallen Angel

by Fireflower   May 2, 2004

Angel falling, It's wings torn,
Weeping as it falls all forlorn.

Dagger wounds all over her body,
Falling, falling, as she is sobbing.

Blood trickles down her leg and arm,
Falling, falling, she meant no harm.

Hear now, the angel's call
Listen, listen, as she falls.

Wings shattered, and covered in blood,
Falling, falling, into the mud.

Tries to stand, she simply cannot,
What it was like, she has forgot.

Must fight to survive, she must duel,
Sinking, sinking, in her own bloods pool.
