Don't Forget Me.

Lost among these roads, Im standing still in time.
Perambulating down these streets back in 1979.
I remember so clearly when you faded away,
I was looking down on you, though I've lost my way.

Whilst I'm walking I get these pictures in my mind.
Back when I was 19, thats when you left me behind.
Screaming loudly and crying I ran out the door,
Not knowing I wouldnt be able to see you once more.

Running down the roads, not knowing what to do.
Looking down the allies still in search for you.
I'm confused and upset, my worlds falling apart.
What happened to that perfect picture,my work of art?

I'm finally there, I get a glimps of your delicate face.
Back in the old gloomy house we used to call 'our place'.
Your crystal blue eyes begin to look straight through me.
I run up to you though there is nothing you can see.

A young lady is standing besides you, holding you tight.
You look happy,once again everything has become right.
My precious darling, my love....Please do not forget me.
You shall be forver in my heart and my memory...
