I Long For The Day

I long for the day for the meet of our face
When your eyes stare into mine
To see you give me that look
That sends a shiver down my spine

I long for the day for our bodies to caress
For a hug that's meant to be
As we stand there in the sunlight
That's shining down on you and me

I long for the day for the touch of our lips
When yours is pressed against mine
When our fingers lace together
And our souls intertwine

    Simply beautiful.my favorite part was these two little lines
    As we stand there in the sunlight That's shining down on you and me

    I imagined this so clearly.your unable to see the face all you can see is blackness because the light is downon them so brightly.Two tress and two people holding hands about to kiss.Seems perfect...

    I loved this, once again emotion and flow was great. And, I think it's easy to relate to for a lot of peole because it could either mean .. long distance relationships or just the pure yearning for love.
