Sealed With A Heart And Tear

by Silent Screams   Nov 19, 2007

Life has gone down hill for me,
The girl who use to smile all the time.
How come no one else can see,
The true meaning behind the rhyme?

My soul is torn, my smile so fake,
And yet it appears every single day.
What in the hell will it take,
To keep myself hidden in every way?

What am I,
To those who are all around?
Why do I cry,
As I stomp and punch the ground?

Everyday I look to my arms,
The scars show my past and pain.
I continue to wonder about the harm,
I have done and smile in that rain.

The rain of my tears,
The one which reveals my weak and cowardly side.
The one which shows my fears,
And reveals the truth of me behind the lies.

What am I,
To those who are all around?
Why do I cry,
As I stomp and punch the ground?

Yes, I do have friends,
But I do feel lost and alone.
No, I don't want them and I to end,
For they are my family, for me a home.

I have had hard days and nights,
That I cannot deny.
But the fact that everyday I fight,
That is another reason to cry.

What am I,
To those who are all around?
Why do I cry,
As I stomp and punch the ground?

This a poem, from my core, my soul
Made from every little crystalline tear I cried from love and fear.
This poem is from the real me, lost in the cold,
And sealed with a heart and tear.
