In That Room

by Alyssa Lauren LaVelle   Nov 27, 2007

We never had to be anything
but what we were
when we were in that room
I loved you
and you loved me
we were free in that room
we held each other
laughed and cried
and found some time
to be ourselves in that room
away from prying eyes
wed run, holding hands
we made our own fun
by ourselves in that room
because I loved you
because you loved me
because we were free
all alone in that room.
