Still Waiting

So here I am today,
Still waiting for you,
Craving your sweet love,
The one so pure and true.

As I await for your return,
I turn down every guy,
I tell them you'll come back,
Though I know it's a lie.

Out there somewhere,
You won't let yourself care,
It's like you've forgotten me,
And it's more than I can bare.

Deep inside this heart,
I know you've found another,
I just hope she was worth it,
That you're happy to be with her.

But, I've made a decision,
I'm gonna use my heart as bait,
Hoping someday that you'll take it,
As I sit here and wait.

    Never be a plan b. Either they love you or they don't. When you care that much about somebody, it's pure out beautiful, and it shouldn't be abused so it should be a take it or leave it situation. Nobody deserves otherwise
