What things could I possibly write,
To paint a glimpse of what I feel...
Something about bombs.
Something about death...
I remember your face
As it was after a long day of work...
I used to know all about mythology.
Greek gods amazed me...
I hand to you my hunger,
And you breathe upon its life...
You know my ears live,
When they absorb the spells...
When you walk at night,
Right by the street light...
The sun forgets my name again,
I wake in gray, I stay in bed...
Dress me up in fire roses,
Shower me in blue perfume...
My darling, you, my fervor.
My longing, my treasure...
The world hums outside my door,
Its voices brittle with hidden pain...
Everything you love, everything you hate,
Goes away, out the window...
