Site Judges: March 2012 [Nominations Only]

Was there a rule or post saying that people could only nominate five people?

I think people vote five because there are five judges maybe.

I would like to have Lioness, Karla, Marbel tree, timothy, TJ Becker

"I'm not sure I'm liking this idea of mass pming...how could a member who has only just joined the site possibly know who would make a good judge?"

Hellon, it's not the mass PM'ing that is a bad idea. It's the nomination process that should be shelved.

I wonder if it would be possible to mass PM only the senior members, so they can form a pool of potential judges, if they want to volunteer. Then, the site at large can vote on which of those QUALIFIED candidates they might want to see as a judge.

Hmmm, let me see. Looks like it's almost the 20th and this month ends the 29th.

I would like to close nominations on Saturday, February 25th. You will have until the end of the 27th to accept or decline your nomination.

That should leave the moderators enough time to organize our information and get 5 new judges ready for the coming term :)
