Me I Think That For A Man It Should Be Around 6'0 <3

And For A Girl Around 5'6 - 5'7 <3

Well I'm kinda tall (5'10'') so I prefer guys that I go out with to be at least the same height or taller, but honestly it really doesn't matter.

As for girls, I guess anything ranging from 5'2'' to 5'11'' is average I guess. But then again, hieght isn't that important.

I have a couple of friends that are only 4'10'' and some that are 6'4''.

Well... im only 5'3" which is pretty darn short!! so as long as theyre taller than me (which isnt very hard) im cool!

Just wondering... I too would like if the guy is taller than the girl... but why do you think that is? Some psychological desire to fit the "male" or "female" mold? Or something else?

I'm about 5'6, and my boyfriend is about 5'7. It works, but I honestly don't care. Although I must admit that I would feel odd being with an excessively short guy... something to do with him being right at chest level lol. I dunno.

I have no idea why women prefer taller men, and men prefer shorter women. It's just the way it goes I suppose.

Hehehe Well I'm 5'9 1/2 and I HATE it when the guy is shorter then me =P My ex was 5'8 and he hated being shorter *because with him it really showed* but then all my hight is in my legs =D My boyfriend now is 6'1 and I LOVE that he's taller then me and I can rest my head on his shoulder =D I think that it makes the girl feel safe and protected when the guy is taller and it makes the guy feel good to feel like he's taking care of and protecting the girl ^.^

Yeah liking guys taller then me or the same height i'm 6'0 but ive never had trouble finding guys taller then me..

I'm 18 and 5' 1" tell me that's not short although I have a friend who is 19 and is 4' 10" or 4' 11" or something like that...

But I think the girl deffinately has to be shorter than the guy, but it doesn't matter how talll either of them are as long as the guys taller.

Hm...I don't really think much on this topic. Im the shortest of all my friends. I don't really pay attention to height much, I mean everyone is just "tall" once they get to be more than an inch taller than me. So any guy that is "tall" is just fine with me.

I agree with most people the guys should be around 6". i'm 5"9 and even though it shouldn't really matter i would perfer it that the guy i date is taller than me that way i can go out and wear heels and don't look like i'm towering over him, lol

If you love someone does it really matter how tall they are? I'm tiny, 5"1, and everyone is taller than me and it doesn't bother me at all. If I was with someone I wouldn't be with them for their height but for who they are.
