The Teacher:
I had a teacher in school who helped me thru thick...
Sitting in the room,
thinking about everything so far...
I Remember Dad, a poem
I remember my Wife's Dad...
Life already knows its plans,
which roads it is going to travel...
Too many decades, becoming
captive to ourselves...
What if it's your last?
You may never smile again...
One act of kindness,
though miniscule...
Yesterday, I was told
the story of a man whose faith grew old...
I was smiling at the red sun over the blue sea.
I was watching the waves, rolling linens...
I have only ever tried my best (and more)
to give you a life you deserve...
Shivers run down my spine
as I remember all those days...
As I look toward heaven,
Whom do I fear...
