People think depression is sadness.People think depression is crying. People think depression is dressing in black. But people are wrong. Depression is the constant feeling of being numb. Being numb to emotions, being numb to lie.

Depression cannot be explained, it's impossible No one knows how to explain it properly but, if you get it you'll know what it is straight away, it changes your whole perspective on life

How did I go from that little 5 year old, always happy & always laughing, to...this?

Depression is darkness filling your heart, People around you don't understand, you're doing the best you can Responsibilities overwhelm, expectations you can't meet weigh heavily, Sorrow fills you until there is no room for anything else.

Depression is hard to explain. It ruins you You don't smile much because there isn't a reason to you think It doesn't matter how good you have it. Depression makes everything worthless and hopeless. It can make you do many things. It's sad isn't it?

At four Am,
Listening to her favorite band
Thinking of all the things she has done wrong..
She thinks of all those who are left..
Blames herself for them leaving
Suddenly she starts to cry..
She lets it all out.
She's not as strong as she was..

Its for attention right?
She cuts herself for attention didn't she?
She thinks of suicide every day. She starves herself.She cries herself to sleep. She's Broken.....
But it's all for attention right?
