Entering a new era both dark and scary,
lost and confused with confidence so wary.
Needing a helping hand but still choose to fall down fast,
giving up all hope I closed my eyes and waited for life to past.

Always waiting and to weak to see,
how giving up is no good for me.

Every little choice of mine just never was good enough,
always ended in hurt so I put up walls so tough.
