They're all out to get me

by Trying to hold on   May 1, 2008

The light shade on the ceiling is a spaceship,
The flashing red light on the smoke alarm is the devil,
The curtain hanging over the window is a ghost,
The siren going off out my window is the police
And they are all out to get me.

The drink bottle by my bed is filled with poison,
The rubbish bin by the door is covered in my blood,
The chair in the corner of my room is a volcano
The carpet on the floor is burning lava,
And they are all out to get me.

The blanket wrapped around me is fire,
The reflection in the mirror on the wall is my worst enemy,
The pen in my hand is a sharp knife,
The bed in the middle of my room is my coffin
And they are all out to get me.
