Sunlight

by Ingrid   Oct 29, 2008

Splashes of sunlight
chasing away the dark
reigniting my internal fire
joy for life, God' s holy spark

Bathing in it' s warmth
curled up on my bed
it washes away the sadness
and the tears I have shed

It's eternal energy
recharges my power
Thank you, my cheerful friend
for being there in my darkest hours

    Ingrid,

friends make the good times and the bad times that much better. This describes how a true friend can make all the difference in a person's life. Faith in God shines brightly in this one.

    Well done ((hugs))
