Leap of faith

by kevin Boundy AKA the ghost   Nov 27, 2008

I don't walk through doors
From the widows I leap
I'm climbing up a rolling hill
And it feels far too steep

But there was a time when I thought
I had the keys to all the doors
Then I ended up on the ground
Crawling on all fours

But I'm sick of all the mazes
Drawing me back to where I started
Then I realized my hope
Had long since departed

Looking for the exit
All I find is a haunting wraith
The window is my only way out
It's time to take that leap of faith

Oh wow. Amazing poem. I absolutely ADORE it! The rhyming is not forced at all, the story line is amazing. For such a short poem the story just envelopes you and makes you come up with pictures and stories of your own. Great job. 5/5

Is my fav part very very good, sometimes we do think we have the answers or can get through it alone but end up makeing it worse and i feel thats what you said here. 5/5
