I enjoyed this very much, Niten It expresses the way I think we have all felt at times....people around us and yet we are alone, excellent write. I hope you are doing well.

and i belong with this poem perfectly
both of them are very beautiful
i like reading poems that are made from pictures

Oh my dear. I was so taken aback when I read this and thought how beautiful, yet sad this whole poem is. Congrats on your club win and deservingly so.

Am I like any other common man
Who wants more than they need
Considering satisfaction as just a level
Which comes after their greed

^^ Such a very unique line here and the truth it fortells is immeasurable. We often do consider satisfaction as just a level we reach. The sad thing is that we will always want more when we reach that level. It is human nature.

Will we look inside to find peace
And not judge life which we can't change
Bitter words bleed the heart we love
Yet in the end we are all the same

^^ Yes in the end we are all the same. Regardless of circumstances, wealth, nationality, or religion. When we die we are dead and that is final.

Despite your arms around my shoulder
Still feel I'm standing naked all alone
Though I'm not the only one feeling this
It's as if my heart has turned to stone

^^ Sometimes it is very easy to question the religion and wonder if there is a God then why would all this suffering take place. You have penned a masterpiece in my opinion. Nitin, this is such a beautiful and deep write. I am so glad you posted this and I think you have penned a very worthy piece. This is by far one of the most intellectual pieces I have read that didn't carry you so far past the meaning with metaphors that you couldn't read between the obscure lines. Wonderful write here my dear and in my opinion it is a 5/5 on any site.
