Lies

by Aish   Aug 14, 2009

The words spill off the tip of my tongue,
I don't think-simply speak.

Covering up the wrongs of yesterday,
The secrets-the denials.

I know i sin in speaking false,
Yet habit prevails.

The truth long lost, unknown to me,
My life is but a lie.

In such a short poem you still managed to prove yourself very capable of yet another great write. Short but sweet. You expressed yourself well. Well done. 5/5 xx
