Autumn (String Haiku)

by Dreamofolwin   Aug 20, 2009

Leaves come tumbling down
As the wind blows in full force
Slowly settling down

Trees sway discontent
There's a whistling through the trees
Mesmerising me

Darkness starts to creep
Desiring more of the day
Stealing summers joys

Another very well written Haiku Chain.. this one describing Autumn. I thought it was great, the ending sad about how the days get shorter, stealing summer's joys. but thats how it goes! (: well done!
