I'm sorry, I said it once and I'll keep saying it.
I messed up something good before I had it, that I'll admit.
But all I need is a minute to set things straight,
Baby please, don't debate.

you're beautiful, I just wanted to give you all my attention,
I've hurt you, honestly that wasn't my intention.
I'm jealous, because everyone gets to see you except for me,
I'm a fool, cause I allowed jealousy to cloud what I wanted to see.

Baby please don't turn your back!
You know I went to Afghanistan because of the attack.
Baby don't... Please, don't blow out that... spark.
Baby wait! PLEASE,... Don't leave me in the dark!

I messed up, and I'm sorry. I would understand even if you still don't forgive me. I will forever and always love you.

    I liked this alot. I liked how you compared it to a candle(Light) and beggged not to leave you in the dark. Ik how that is.
