Lost and Confused

I can't seem to stand up,
I don't know where i belong,
I look around this room,
this emptiness is too strong.

Lost in a void of being,
It feels as if i'm outside myself,
watching me live on,
not feeling one emotion felt.

I'm going through life,
with no one by my side,
could this be it?
I want to run and hide.

Hide away from this feeling,
or absense of such,
I want to feel something,
but I can't feel one touch.
