Chapter 4: Dream

by Jack Nightengale   Dec 12, 2010

This is the world of my imagination,
A place for all without discrimination.
A world of immortals without vulnerability,
A world filled with peace and tranquility.

Open seas and a clear blue sky,
A paradise where everyone could fly.
This world is perfect, there is no mistake,
I spoke to soon as I started to awake.

To have such a world would make life grand,
Everything would unfold in the palm of a hand.
I realized I wasn't finished being a Savior I scream,
I wish that I could bring the lost souls to that dream!

I wish that I could bring the lost souls to that dream!

I love this love. This line outlines the beauty in all the ugly darkness that war is. When one refuse to be selfish. Thank you for another amazing write.

I liked how the words flow nicely across the whole poems. Really nice. Don't we all dream of such a world? I can totally relate to this.
