How Did It Come To This?

Guilt and anxiety
Inner pain the agony
Tears form but do not fall
Shame really could have had it all
But this is it and nothing more
Feel that sinking feeling deep inside your core
Bitter fruit, bitter pill
A gaping void too big to fill
On the edge, the abyss
Constant question how did it comes to this

    Yuck, I hate going through those feelings. Its depressing and sometimes hard to get out of. I think you described this questions with really good words that fit it well. Something more the half this world will go through. But the better question is , What can I do to get out of this? :)
