Tested as a One-time Whisper.

by Poet on the Piano   Sep 3, 2011

This is the introduction
to a life losing air-
the vitality becomes
a cold control
of reality.
Is there no way
to leave a person's
reflection?

[If only he could hear
my breathless cries....
at midnight's slow
and fatal disguise.]

Either let me breathe
or give me subtle reason,
to believe you'll fight for me-
if you love,
why can't you wear the armor?
If you'll just say a word
(that will soar)
instead of advising
my own imagination
and their lies.

Can't you see-
with us coexisting,
we're causing
the hemisphere to
suddenly shift.
You know, dear,
I am undeniably
weak for you,
either promise to be near me
or leave the sky I've paved
for our destination.
