Waking.

by Poet on the Piano   Nov 3, 2011

Please let the golden sky bloom again.
Wasn't it just floating above my dreams....
or was that the feeling of forgetfulness for learning
how to escape all else?
Except stumbling upon you. Somewhere safe I play
piano keys,on the tips of my teeth, struggling to whisper-
to will my voice to make an echo.
What's the noise? Where's the horizon in my dream?
Is this my heart diving too deep into insanity's poison?
Reality's only a sad infusion
of a thought not even able to fly, to fly by me.
I think I am even more distraught then I could have imagined.
Without you, I could've been waking.Instead, I miss you still.
All the color....It's now dripping down the end of the world,
the end of my knowing.......
