To Todd, the son we never knew, a poem.

To Todd, the son we never knew, a poem.

It is well with my Soul today.

Not so with that night; now so far away.

Our little boy conceived in Love.

Now with our Heavenly Father above.

I cried out to Him; Lord, you promised, you gave us your Word.

I felt His touch and I knew that He heard.

The Peace that Passes all understanding I did have.

The Balm Of Gilead; my healing Salve.

One day to Heaven we shall go.

Wearing the garments of Salvation; white as snow.

Very deep and emotional. There is no greater hurt and pain, than loing a child

Thanks Lostlove 1 We never saw it coming, it happened in the early hours at home. My wife was in her 5th month. I remember being a wreck and crying out to the Lord telling Him "He promised". An electric wind blew upon me, I jumped as it was like a mild shock. After that I had a peace that could only come from the Lord and I was able to help my wife. It was a short time later the Lord gave us our daughter who brought joy back into our lives. We also have Todd in Heaven. Ken
